Currently, we are seeking an Account and Financial Assistant to join our Toronto, ON team. The Account and Financial Assistant will hold a junior level position, the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department while reporting to the Accounting Manager.
• Administer accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing and purchase orders.
• Daily Invoicing (Managing all aspects of client billing)
• Product Database Management
• Processing expense reports
• Assists in preparing budgets
• Support of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial activities
• Prepare quarterly HST calculations and completes all filings to CRA
• Other accounting and administration projects as assigned.
