Currently, we are seeking a full-time experienced Audio Video, Security, IOT Systems Sales Specialist to join our Toronto, ON team. The candidate will be required to meet the design and sales needs and strategically plan business requirements, required to sell all the technology that makes today’s homes smart – including but not limited to network/internet systems, audio and video systems, lighting controls automated shades/drapes and integrated control systems. Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Primary activities include identifying, calling, and building relationships to increase sales within the Smart Home Residential channels across Canada.
• Selling all the technology that makes today’s properties smart – including, Security Systems, Network/Internet Systems, Audio and Video Systems, Lighting Control, Automated Shades/Drapes, Integrated Control Systems including, and RTI
• Take complete ownership of a project from relaying proposed plans to project managers and programmers to making sure systems are installed properly on-time and within promised budget
• Network with key national account decision-makers and will be responsible for creating and implementing a business plan to increase sales revenue
• Lead all industry partners and all integration activities needed to increase sales in the Canadian market, building new opportunities

Position Requirements

·        Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Sales Associate, Project Coordinator or Accounting Clerk

·        Advanced computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft office 365 and Excel (experience with Project Management Software, CRM relationship database an asset)

·        Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with our customers, employees, external partners, and other resources

·        Demonstrates a higher level of critical thinking with the ability to connect the customer to what they want in an impactful way

·        A resourceful, service-oriented mindset, with excellent time management skills

·        The ability to work both independently and in a team setting and willingness to take initiative

·        Superior organizational skills with proven ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks

·        Demonstrated proactive approach to problem- solving with strong decision-making capability

·        Valid drivers' license – Abstract will be required.

·        Alarm/security industry experience would be an asset.
