DSC LTE Universal Cellular Alarm Communicator 3G uses LTE cellular networks for high-speed, reliable, and low-cost communication to compatible alarm systems and control panels. 
 
Alarm signals are directly transmitted to the IP Linecard of the monitoring station receiver without the need for extra involvement which saves time and eliminates potential points for failure. 
 
HOW IT WORKS
The device is installed between a telephone connection of a control panel and a telephone line. 
In a primary role, the communicator sends the alarm transmission over the network for a quick and easy response. 
When used as a backup, the communicator added the connection to the PSTN phone line. If this fails, it will connect to a cellular network to send an alarm signal to the monitoring station. 
 
EASY INSTALLATION 
The LE4000 can be installed and activated through the mobile or web interface included by C24 Communications, it does not require special tools or a complicated setup. 
 
ADAPTABLE IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES
This setup typically uses an LTE cellular network, but can automatically switch to 3G if LTE is not available, lessening the risk of connection failure. The panel transmission monitor can also switch from PSTN to cellular if needed.
 
EASY USER CONTROL
Users can view the communicator's status directly via their smartphones for on-site or remote troubleshooting. SMS command and control for panel arming and disarming is also an option. There are also two unique trouble display models available.
