Primary Responsibilities and Duties
As an AV-IT Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Toronto, ON team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to craft project proposals, providing accurate quotes, and overseeing the installation of video and computer equipment. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services that exceed customer expectations.
Position Requirements
Develop growth strategies for our supplier's brand portfolio in the System AV/IT category.
Ensure short and long-term financial objectives for the brand are met.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities in the market and implementing effective programs.
Manage a portfolio of brands, overseeing supplier relationships, product selection, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies.
Provide the sales team with necessary tools, product training, and support to enhance their performance.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or AV-related field with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Previous experience in the AV-IT industry is essential.
Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses are advantageous.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a solid leadership orientation.
Proactive and initiative-driven, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve problems and find effective solutions.
Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control.
Legal eligibility to work for any employer in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency, or work permit).

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or AV related field with at least one year of sound experience.
-Experience in AV-IT industry is a must.
-Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses a plus
-Strong coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation –
-Shows initiative – engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
-Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions.
-Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control.
