We are seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating efficient systems, motivating a team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be a key part of our company’s success, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and safely.
🔹 Oversee Receiving, Storing & Dispatching Goods
You will manage the flow of goods coming in and out of the warehouse, ensuring items are logged, organized, and dispatched on time. Accuracy and efficiency are essential to keeping operations on track and meeting customer demands.
🔹 Maintain Stock Accuracy with Regular Audits
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits. By ensuring accurate stock data, you’ll help prevent shortages, minimize waste, and support better planning.
🔹 Lead and Motivate Warehouse Staff
As a team leader, you will provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse staff. You’ll foster a positive work environment, set performance expectations, and encourage teamwork to achieve daily goals efficiently.
🔹 Ensure Equipment Safety & Regulatory Compliance
You will oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment, ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and implement policies to create a safe and productive workplace for all employees.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Position Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision is preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance procedures
